I do get a kind of plastic smell from mine, but I keep it in a closed desk drawer when not in use. The odor is noticeable at close range (1 foot or less) but not very strong. I suspect that if left out in the open the smell would dissipate. When I've had it out for days (like on a trip), the smell is much less.

Q: where do you put the mouse and cable

There's not a pocket for a mouse and cable. This case is strictly for laptops only.

Q: Is this water resistant?

I would say YES to water resistant but NO to waterproof.

Its a very fine product... looks blemishing easy to carry while travelling.... pros- light weight, compact in design, stunning look....cons- no space for carrying laptop charger.... otherwise....its an awesome product... buy blindfolded...!!!

Nice case. Value for money for the price sought

Nice case. Value for money for the price sought. Its semi-hard on the outside with a lot of cushioning on the inside. Would have been better if the cushioning was all the way to the zip as pulling out the laptop from the strap that keeps it in position rubs the laptop every time. Nevertheless a good purchase.

Not good.. really dissapointed due to lack of usability

I am now using the case just as a cover.I do not feel that the quality is good (just hard case with groves in one side. No padding).If you plan for travel, defenitely dont buy. It cannot even hold your charger.

Sturdy and smart.

I have bought this bag for the second time. It’s very sleek and easy to carry. It doesn’t have any pockets which means I can’t stuff it with extra stuff ensuring that it is always light and easy to carry. Looks pretty smart. Can work on the laptop while it is still inside the bag.The product I received was manufactured in 2015. It seems the company is not manufacturing this design any longer and it’s only the old stock that these suppliers are selling.
