Mars (National Geographic Kids Readers, Level 3) Paperback – Illustrated, July 8, 2014

I buy these books, along with a similar National Geographic book "Night Sky" to give out to kids who seem particularly interested during my frequent Sidewalk Astronomy events here in Pittsburgh. The price is right and they will hopefully inspire the kids to learn more about the celestial wonders of the Universe.

Great book and great price. My child needed to do a report and the book helped a lot. Nice pictures and facts perfect for a 2nd and 3rd grader.

This is her reading level and she loves science. Good read

We handed out this book along with Robots as party favors to a bunch of 5 and 6 year old boys and girls. It was amazing how a hush fell over the room as everybody started reading! These books are really great for little kids and a lot of fun. My son loves telling us the little jokes and riddles spread throughout the books!

for my Grandchildren, their mother says they love the stories, super great for all young ages, remember reading to your children will guarantee their success in later life. Even talking or singing will have a beneficial effect

Science books at this level is really good. My 5 year old is very much interested in learning about planets and this book is great introduction as well as motivate kids to read more.
