Perfect case for my M&P pistol that came in a cardboard box.
The case is nice and roomy, plenty of space for my M&P compact and four or five magazines. Has room behind the foam on the top lid for the manual and lock just like the padded cases some M&Ps pistols come with. I wish Smith & Wesson would ship all of their pistols with these cases, but for those that don't come with them this case is a great option.

This was to protect an M&P handgun I bought. They all used to come in nice cases. My other purchase, also a M&P, P. C., came in a box also. Made another purchase for a S&W case for it too.
