Very nice tingy taste. I cannot say it's working because I am already training out in gym regularly and I take other supplements also so i can't guage how far it's effective but still on the days when I used it alone I feel less tired and feel good. For true results it would have to be taken for atleast 1 month followed by proper diet plan and exercise. If you really want to know how effective it is dont mix it lot of different supplements. Take it with the most important supplements only like multivitamin, omega3 and follow with a high protein low carb diet, exercise consistency and take enough sleep as well.

So far the product is fine and Even the packing was very Good.

After using it for 3 months, I can say this product actually gives you more energy to your body. I feel less fatigue post work and energetic during gym. It rejuvenate your body capabilities to be active for longer time. I always prefer to have it pre-workout or in the evening.

Just ok product

I tried Kapiva Shilajit Gummies and my experience was very bad. Instead of giving me energy, it caused serious side effects – body pain, weakness, headache, stress and fatigue. I felt more unwell after consuming it. Totally disappointed and I would not recommend this product to anyone.I think this is not real shilajit at all, it feels like a fake product. Please don’t buy this, it’s totally disappointing and unsafe.

Excellent. As good as the rasin, but smoother and more enjoyable on the palate...!!!
