Compared to the regular pre-workout that I take, this one is very mellow. It does not give me any of the unwanted side effects, like mild agitation and mild palpitations, but it does not quite give me the oomph that I need to get an extra rep or two out at the gym. Essentially, what I am saying is, I don't think I feel a discernable difference, nor do I see an increase in performance quantitatively.Note, efficacy of pre-work out supplements can vary widely from person to person, that I know, so this may work well for you, but not for me. At $40 for 30 servings, however, it's a steep price to experiment if it's right for you. Though, all pre these days, are pretty expensive.PS: I am not a big fan of the taste. I am usually partial to anything cherry lime, but the flavoring profile of this product is a bit off. I almost taste a bit of mint? I am not sure? It's not unpleasant, but not the best. Not a deal breaker, but there's room for improvement, imo.

Taste is pretty good, pumps are ok, no worse than anything else I have tried. I would buy again.

This pre has got a ton of stuff in it, it mixes pretty well for the most part. The scoop is really large so a lot of powder has to be mixed in. It smells and tastes pretty good overall pretty good stuff.
