This stuff actually works fairly well and I can tell a difference when I use it. It is pricy though and I honestly have not decided if I want to buy it again simply based on the cost.

The main compound diosgenin is a precursor to DHEA, sex hormones etc. some studies indicate it can increase free and total testosterone. It did for me. I was testing very low, at 120ng/dl for years. I tried this, and had a blood test. Didnt even stop to think that this would actually have an effect. It did. My testosterone doubled. It was now within the low end of the healthy range. Also, some studies indicate that diosgenin can actually repair testicular damage as well as some antioxidative effects in mitochondria. As far as aesthetics, i do notice some extra muscle size and hardness after a few weeks. Pairing it with creatine and hmb along with a high protein, moderate carb diet, it works.

It works, BUT, (A BIG BUT), as long as you’re on this supplement, forget about holding a hard erection. Three months after I stopped this supplement, my muscles shrank back to their regular size despite keeping the same training routine.

I can feel more energy at the gym after about 2 weeks and better quality muscles but make sure to eat clean and alot of protein. I recommend taking 1 pill before working out with fish oil and caffeine pill
