Works very well especially on heavy lifting days, the velcro does fade over time. Need to create a new closure to fasten so it doesn't pop loose while lifting

These wraps help me so much I really love them.

I find myself re-adjusting this often. It's hard to use while working out so I use it while sleeping and the material is kind of uncomfortable on the skin for short periods of time. The arm loop loosens often and needs to be tightened, but it does work when you've got it fit comfortably.

I had high hopes for the TAVIEW Elbow Wraps for Weightlifting, but unfortunately, they were a major letdown. The fit was either way too tight or too loose—there was absolutely no middle ground. When they were tight, they cut off circulation and made my workout miserable. When they were loose, they offered no support whatsoever.On top of that, the wraps severely limited my range of motion during workouts, which completely defeats the purpose of wearing them. These might work for someone looking for minimal movement, but for serious lifting or dynamic exercises, they’re just impractical.Save your money and look for a product that offers better adjustability and actual functional support. Definitely not worth it.
