Q: Coffee side is not turning on. Espresso side works but coffee won’t brew? Help me please!!!

I had this problem as well. The instructions were wrong. The instructions tell you to move the bottom button (the espresso button) to the right, then the move the top button to the right. But the coffee side will not brew if the very bottom button is not to the left (i. e. off). I hope this is making sense. Once I had the buttons correct, the coffee side brewed fine. The instructions need to be corrected.

I would not purchase this machine. Pay more and get a good one.

Q: does this have separate pump for milk brother? or does it use same as espresso?

Milk is frothed using the spherical headed plastic steam tube with stainless steel steam nozzle. Perfect for cappuccinos and lattes. Milk is not to be poured into the machine.
