These were not successful for me at all. I've used similar products before that make you feel full sobyou eat less. These had very little effect but that could just be the result for me. I won't be buyimg theses again

I recieved this item through the Vine Programme that provides items free in return for an honest review.Some supplements have preventative properties and others take time to see any improvements so as I need to do review in a timely manner I will do my review on first impressions and should I have any issues in the future with this item then I will return and amend this review as needed.This item is advertised as helping with curbing your appetite, and providing a healthy metabolism and digestion.I've suffered with a back problem for many years and years of taking different medications has had an adverse effect on my digestion and metabolism so anything that can help to get things back on track then I'm willing to give them a try.These capsules come in a pack of 60 which works out as a ten day course taking 2 capsules 3 times a day with a glass of water.They are easy to take and leave no aftertaste.I think they are supposed to curb your appetite by making you feel full so there's less chance of overeating or snacking.I've taken two doses today and (this could well be a the placebo effect) I have felt fuller, even if it's a placebo effectc as long as i get some results then I'll be happy.

I recently tried the Hunger Bulletz Weight Loss Capsules by Primal Living, and overall, I found them to be moderately effective. The capsules are vegan and come in a convenient blister pack. However, I did encounter some issues.Firstly, there were no instructions provided on when to take the tablets or whether they should be taken with or without food. Just sai take 2 tavlets 3 times a day. This lack of guidance made it challenging to incorporate them into my routine properly. I even scanned the QR code and it was just information about the ingredients. Additionally, I experienced frequent nausea while taking them, which was quite uncomfortable, it’s hard to say if that was just a tummy bug or the tablets but definitely was a coincidence.I do feel they made me less hungry however better instructions and addressing the side effects would improve the overall experience.

Unfortunately these did not work for me. I took as instructed but did not notice any difference in my appetite so unfortunately on that basis I would not recommend. They may work for other people, perhaps it depends on the individual

I have found these to be helpful, as long as you remember to drink loads of fluid with them so they can do their job of swelling up in your gut and making you feel less hungry. Lost 2lb in a week. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste. I have had no side effects as some other reviews are reporting, for me they have done their job well. £13 for 60 capsules for the ten-day course is, to me, a little pricey. Happy to have tried them though.

Didnt work for me and didn’t like that had to take so many in a day, but might work for you !

This package contains 60 capsules, and you are meant to take six per day over 10 days (two at a time, three times per day). They are made in the UK and are vegan. It’s meant to be an aid for those trying to lose weight, so it won’t do it all for you, but it should help by giving you a feeling of fullness with all the fibre included, so you don’t want to eat so much. It seemed to help for me, but it’s hard to tell over such a short period of time how effective they are long term. At the time of review these are £12.99. Recommended.

As part of my 2024 weight-loss attempt, I thought I would try some of these hunger reduction capsules in an effort to reduce my evening snacking (along with self-control, better diet etc.). The pills are ~20mm in length, standard pill size, and you take two pills three times per day at meals. Unfortunately, that's about as much information as you get as to what to do with them or how they work. There's an ingredient list, a warning to not exceed the dose, talk to your doctor, eat healthy etc, but not about how the pills work, or any side effects.I've been taking the Hunger Bulletz for a week now, and they do certainly suppress my hunger. However, I am also feeling rather constipated as a result. I assume (because of course the pack doesn't tell you) that the fibre in the pills swells up inside you to make you feel full for longer. I'm drinking >5L of water a day, so it's not a lack of hydration.The ingredients are all things that I recognise, and I'm happy to put into my body.In conclusion, the Hunger Bulletz work at suppressing hunger, but I'd like to see more information on the box. Beware the constipation!
