Superb phone which arrived swiftly, just be aware that the phones sold by the seller can be non-UK models - in my case, mine is from Saudi Arabia. S pen works as it should, the camera and battery life are far superior to my previous S10 phone which was on its last legs. Yet to find any issues or problems, I want to reassure anyone who is hesitant to buy this phone for a phenomenal price such as this, that this is not a scam and you'll be thrilled, should you proceed to buy this product.

Have just bought this phone,had been using the note 9 and was concerned about buying this due to some of the reviews, but I can say that I have not be disappointed in anyway , the phone is brilliant, obviously still learning about all the features, love the cameras.Very easy to transfer all the data from my old phone.Already love this phone.Had a question got in touch with the seller and got a helpful reply within 18 hours.If you have doughts don't, this is a really good purchase

Lovely phone. I wouldn't usually buy an expensive phone. But I thought I'd treat myself. There's so many good features. There are too many to list. If you want a decent phone. I recommend this phone.

I have only had this item for two days, but so far its exceeded my expectation.It was easy to transfer all data, contacts, apps etc. Once I turned it on with my old phone next to it it I simply followed the on screen instructions. I had to transfer WhatsApp separately, but that was easy through their settings.I love the Ai component. The Gemini feature it amazing. The camera is good. I like a slightly bigger screen size to my previous S21. The battery lasts all day easily, even using the phone all day. So far so good.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to upgrade from the Note 9 and this was a perfect choice. The S pen is even better, with a quality feel to it when you take it out and put it back in.Battery life is great, I'm finally relieved of the worry of having my phone charged up enough during the day. It even offers a battery saving mode where you can restrict it to charge up to 80% to prolong the battery's life.The camera is noticeably better but it's not the best with moving objects. Samsung is known for this, unfortunately. However, when you do manage to take a still picture, the results are nice. It also records high quality video (up to 8k but I just use FHD) with 60fps for that smooth look. The zoom is impressive too. There's a lot more features on the camera to explore and even an 'expert raw' that you can install separately if you wanted to.It feels pristine and has a high quality feel when holding it. I like to take it out of the case when I'm home. I found it wasnt much bigger than the Note 9, just slightly thicker and longer. But the sharp corners make it a little less comfortable and I had terrible cramps in my hand when I first started using it - but they've gone now so it doesn't last forever and you get used to it when you learn how to hold it.The speakers give a pretty good, crisp sound. It can be turned up to a pretty high volume but I don't think it would need to be turned up all the way too often.The One UI gives you a lot of customisation and a lot of features to explore and play around with. I find the AI in the image editing to be more of a novelty and something to have a laugh with than a legitimate tool but that's just me.I was originally going to go for the Pixel 8 Pro for the lower price but as this was on offer, I had to go for it. Under £900 for a flagship phone is an absolute bargain!

Very impressed with this phone. I was a bit doubtful when I saw this phone being sold at such a great price but I am delighted to say that this is a genuine S24 Ultra that was brand new out of the box. Would definitely recommend!!

Avoid this it's not Samsung it's a mobile phone shop in Ilford who refuses to refund, The phone is not a UK model it's from Saudi Arabia. Samsung health monitor wont work as it says not available in this country as it is a Saudi phone, Samsung won't offer any guarantee on it as it's not UK. I sent it back at my own expense with all packaging etc and he said he couldn't refund it as it had been opened, how else do you know you have been ripped off without opening it? After he had received it and refused to refund on the Amazon order it just kept saying waiting for you return because he had it, I phoned Amazon in the end it took two weeks but did get my money back.
