Q: Why does it say 2day shipping with prime and it takes 1 1/2 weeks to arrive?

Prime is 2 day at the ship time the product leaves the merchant.

Q: Can these be removed easily? I need them to attack my pool steps to my deck but remove after the season

I would recommend a number 10 instead of a number 8 if you plan to remove them. Ease of removal depends on what they are driven in to. I have broken this brand of screw before when removing them from 5/4" decking screwed into pressure treated joists. Another caution is that the torx heads can get buggered up and scratch the epoxy coating. You may be able to drive them and retain the coating but I would expect to bugger them up removing and then reusing them.

Usually have them in 5 lb buckets also. However it's a better deal with 25 # pails. Excellent aid for remodeling.
