Definitely yes. I use it for my hands and my knees. But it actually works best for hands and wrists. I massage it in, so that it works on both my hands and wrists. But be careful, it contains camphor, so you should avoid touching the areas around your eyes. As I wear glasses this is no problem for me. Good luck.

Q: Can this be used on piercings?

I have no knowledge of piercings but I doubt it as if used on a spot or scratch by mistake it hurts!
