I love these knives. The magnetic holder is great for convenient access. It looks great on our countertop.Knives are solid, sharp, and seem to hold the edge quite weel thus far.Great gift or complete replacement of your old set.

Update: Customer service was superb and sent out a complete replacement. Although I am not changing my review for the product itself, I will say that I would buy from the company again as they stand by their product.Steel is incredibly thin. These knives are priced high at $99+ but feels closer to $49.99 set. The handle feels light, almost like it’s not real wood and it’s veneer and somehow broke when being used. When cutting a block of cheese, the “slicer” knife snapped in half. Feels like too much of a problem for a simple tool.The look is great and the storage block is a nice break from the standard knife block.

This is the perfect knife set for those of us who are tired of the standard knife block. I wanted something more modern. The knives are very sharp. Great quality. Super pleased.

Update: originally was not happy with the quality of the blade always looked dull or smudged. Harper with their customer service dept reached out and sent a replacement set and these blades are beautiful.
