Q: Does this unit come with the lead to connect the bulb?

No just the unit. I'm presuming your transformer is faulty so your replacing it with this one. So you connect your feedetails in along with your downlight. That's what I did.

Q: Will this power led g4 5w capsule bulbs (7x) and will a standard 240v wall switch dimmer be ok? or will it require a special 12v dimmer? any buzzing?

If you don't already know the answers to these questions you don't know enough to install this yourself. To avoid a blue flash and a house fire get an electrician.

Q: Can it power more than 2 led bulbs, if i have some sort of additional splitter, and the total power is less than 105w?

Probably it could be done, I have put 3 bulbs on the same transformer. One thing you have to be mindful of is the length of cables between the transformer and the bulbs, if different you will get slightly different intensities between the different bulbs, which can be very annoying.
