I/O IO Shield Motherboard Backplate Bracket Replacement for MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX Motherboard IO Backplate

Waited ages for this to be shipped, but it was well worth the wait! Exactly what was needed, just needed some slight bending to fit perfectly.

I bought an msi b450 tomahawk because I was having trouble with a zen 1 asus b350-f with a 5500 even with drivers from asus.I bought the b450 msi tomohawk used and it did not come with an io heat shield and i wanted a heatsheild to keep dust out and looks clean.Luckily, Amazon had this? I was blown away. Buy.I get it and compared with the motherboard then bolted her up and zero problems! Easy! The tip is to install the iosheild to the case from the inside and snap in. Set the board, install the screws and loosen up the motherboard screws to give a little wiggle room to mate with the io shield. Tighten the board up after.The fit, functionality of io shield was perfect. The price is so good and original msi io shield can not be found except in Amazon from this seller. I would buy again no question.

Bought a 2nd hand board with out the shield and this peace was the perfect fit.

It fit the case I/O plate slot, but the combination of my case and this motherboard seemed to be slightly off. So not all of the screws for the motherboard mounting to the case are in. The culprit when trying to place it in seemed to be the plate once I put it all the way in. Not the end of the world.
