This product is effective. I've never used the cheaper alternatives, but the CRBN Eraser works. I've had this for about 2 months. Few simple swipes on each face of my paddle makes it look like new. It is a tad expensive for essentially an oversized piece of rubber.

The pickleball paddle eraser was smaller than I expected but I've never had one before so I didn't know how big it was. It does the job and gets the dust and dirt off my paddle and that's what I needed. Great product!
