Big bang for your buck! Super easy to install!
The media could not be loaded. I've been looking into installing these valves on my water heater and main water line shutoffs for about a year. Well I waited too long, this week one toilet connection blew up and flooded the bathroom and hallway. Lesson learned, I ordered two of these the same day.Installation was easy, took about 10 minutes to install on the shut-off valves and pair with SmartThings v3 hub. Zigbee pairing was simple with the SmartThings app and the devices are listed as switches. I have rules setup to turn off both valves if any of my SmartThings water leak sensors are activated. If I'd had these valves in place 3 days ago I wouldn't have warping laminate flooring in the hall now ;)The device is ip65 waterproof so it can be installed outside. The casing is sealed, I assume there is a watertight o-ring inside (didn't take it apart). There is a release ring which allows for manual open\close of the value in case you lose power. The power button on top which controls the on\off (open\close) valve. The zigbee version requires a hub such as SmartThings, Tuya, HomeAssistant, etc. The device can be voice controlled via Google Home and Alexa assuming your smart hub has that integration. You can see the device at work in my short video review.

Worked perfectly with Homey Pro
Update: This unit has been consistently losing connection over the past months. The unit is only 8 months old. We recently had a leak under a sink that was detected by the water sensor, but the water was not shut off as the system is set up to do, because this device had lost connection. Currently the device will not connect to the zigbee network at all.Although it initially worked upon purchase, I cannot recommend this product as a long term solution given that it is already defective with limited use within less than a year.

Gets the job done
Its good and works as intended. For the price you can't beat it. It is paired with HA and I have multiple water sensors that will turn off the valve if a leak is detected. I wish the design was a little different to better secure to the pipes without causing undue stress, but for how often it actually actuates, it gets the job done. No issues with it dropping from my zigbee network as well and the internal gear quality is far superior to the $200+ one it replaced.

No problems
Haven't had a problem since I installed it works great

Matter interface is great
Easy to set up with Matter protocol. Great remote control! However did not work well with the large water pipe valves I have. I suspect it would work well with small valves. The torque it needed for my valves caused the metal mount to bend.

This is sort of a toy...
I bought one of these to automate the shutoff of the water feed to my sprinklers, and I'd been eyeing devices like this for a few years. First, the method of attaching it to the pipe is weak and fiddly; I pondered getting a larger pipe clamp from the hardware store, but even then I knew this really needed at least 2 clamps and a stronger support to hold it in place.Next, my valve's handle isn't quite the same as pictured on the images for this product - the mount point to the valve is in the middle, so the pivot point is slightly different, and this product's arms don't go down far enough to engage. Again, I could have gone to the hardware store and put something together that worked, but I powered the device up and tried a test run - I didn't feel like this thing would have the power to reliably open/close the valve when there would be times I wouldn't be home to correct if something went wrong. The software itself is OK - it was easy to set up on my wifi and get going, and the app on the phone is good enough. In the end, I replaced the actual valve with a motorized ball valve from US Solid.

Great company who stands behind their products!
Update:The company stands behind their products and will make sure you are satisfied and get a great quality working smart valve.______Worked great for 4 months, but then one day it wouldn't open. I could connect to it and hear it make a click when i pressed the button to open or close, but I think the motor burned out.

Skip it - doesn't completely close the valve.
The Good:- Connected to Smartthings with Aeotec hub- Had enough torque to actuate my large 3/4" brass valveThe Bad:- Made some terrible-sounding clicking noises while moving. I have concerns about longevity.- Zigbee range was questionable- The big one: did not actually completely close the valve. The whole plastic body of the valve controller flexed so much when actuating the valve that it left the valve ~15 degrees open and a lot of water still flowed through the valve. The hose clamp and bracket were completely snug and the pivot axis was aligned with the valve. This motor turns exactly 90degrees but the assembly is just not rigid enough to turn that 90degrees of motor motion into 90degrees of valve motion.Skip it - this isn't the valve that you want to count on to turn off your water and stop a leak.
