Iβm not a health guru, I just buy these for my elderly Auntie who canβt get out sometimes. Amazon deliver and at a price ( I brought ) well below Supermarket. Amazon at its best, simple, hassle free and efficient.I might have had a nibble of one or two and can agree itβs a tasty snack.
