Inspiring.....!
Mukesh Bansal, a tech-entrepreneur who's a life long student of human performance optimization discovers how to unleash human potential. The theory is well put down in this book. Divided into 4 parts and 12 chapters. At the start he describes his own struggles with life convincing us indeed failures are the part of success, what you learn from failure can’t be learnt any other way.In next chapters deals with science of body, talent, habits, purpose in life and many more. The book is well equipped with various famous quotes of other writers & legends and around 45 performance hacks at various levels that reader will find informative and interesting. Many readers might think that this book is copied but it's not copying or anything. This book has summed up all the ideas of about 40-50 bestseller behavioural science book in simple and understandable language 👌.I would like recommend this book to absolutely anyone who's beginner or stuck in their life in achieving their masterpiece. Also author decided to donate all earnings to the OGQ (Olympic gold quest) foundation to support athletes who aspires to make mark in upcoming Olympic games.

No Limits Obviously
I have read many self help books and subscribed to the newsletter of many authors, their thoughts and ideas are very good but still I found this book “No Limit” different from all those above mentioned things. It reminds anyone that we are the proud owners of one of the most amazing machines in the universe: our body and mind. The book covers everything and techniques available under the sun along with science i.e. talent, flexibility of body, mind, habit, learning, productivity, creativity and purpose. This book is for everyone whether they are students, working adults, entrepreneurs, celebrities or senior citizens.'Life is never made unbearable by circumstances, but only by the lack of meaning and purpose.'-Victor Frankl

Zero fluff , absolutely practical and honest book on performance optimization
It just a concise life manual which not only promising for good performance in any field but also a good life lived with clarity and focus. There is huge amount of content in a small book and found it to be very carefully written. Nothing is repeated and very easy to read. There are many aspects and dimensions - brain, health, mindset, diet, sleep etc and this book shows a wholistic approach to bring each aspect into its best possible shape. This is often overlooked in many books on similar subjects as usually authors get fixated with their strength. It comes out that Mukesh Bansal has truly studied, understood and experienced each area and its impact on human performance.Although Mukesh has talked about his own journey but that is not the focus of the book. Focus lies in convincing that top world class performance/skill is a matter of consistent efforts backed by great health and various techniques and practices that he has explained in length. The book is full of wisdom nuggets presented as "performance hacks", and explanation around those feels to be the best possible summary of a hundreds of great books or Scientific studies. That added with practical illustration of concepts and real life examples makes it a easy grasp. It refers to various scientific studies or books for each specific area, so if you need to emphasise on something in greater detail, you know where to go. The last chapter "pursuit of purpose", just put everything in perspective. I wish i could express how much i appreciated this content.I am amazed to see authors modesty. At the end he has mentioned of various health apps to improve life but he didn’t mention his own health platform which is probably the best and more comprehensive than anything else out there and covers everything in one place i.e. exercises, meditations, mindset etc. This will be a dear book and a personal guide for me for a long long time and I sincerely recommend this to people who are driven to do better in life.
