This backpack is made well. Light when it’s empty and sturdy when it’s loaded. Bought several of these for our kids and grandkids in Scouts and they actually like them. My only complaint is that they do not have enough girl colors so they could all have a separate fun color.

This should work fine for an overnight camping trip.

I used this backpack recently on a two day backpacking trip through the woods. I was able to carry my camping gear, water and other gear. Everything I needed BUT there was almost no more additional storage space left. I‘m sure this 60l backpack is smaller than other 60l backpacks. I can‘t imagine that this backpack really holds up to 60l. Given the dimensions it should have ~70l but due to it‘s shape and overlapping internal compartments I guess it‘s more like 48l.I wore the backpack for ~4hrs each day and it became a little uncomfortable over time.However, the backpack itself seems sturdy but I would definitely try to get a bigger and more comfortable backpack for the next trip.

My son is a new boyscout and needed a backpack suited for camping and essentials needed. This pack is great this and more. So far so good! Good quality and very adaptable!
