Was paying a lot more for similar product from health store - these are so much easier to swallow

Had to stop taking these, as listed it says possible loose bowel 😲, I can confirm this 😂 so sadly don't have a report for you as I was trotting backwards and forwards to the loo, but easy to take before I started to realise they cleared me out, so to speak not a pleasant experience, 😆 guess it depends on your own body 😂 mine didn't like them 😆

Very good 'best before end' date, which has to be taken on trust when ordering.With swallowing problems, I empty capsule into a protein drink and mix before trying to swallow.

When used regularly, can half the amount of coldsore breakouts.

I bought thinking it may have a similar effect as regular lysine. Unfortunately it didn't, maybe that’s just my body. I was excited to try it and hope it works for others.
