Q: Is this better than a boppy pillow?

YES! I have found the shape of the Boppy had my newborns rolling into the grove formed between me and the pillow. It worked better for my kids when they were older babies. This pillow is much firmer and has a wider surface area than the My Brest Friend pillow, so it’s been great with my newborn!

Q: How well does this work for a plus sized mom? How long is the strap around the back when fully extended?

Works great! Strap is 30 inches fully extended and fits me comfortably (18/20 plus size).

YES! I also wear 18/20 and am perfectly comfortable in this strap. The strap extends to 30 inches and fits comfortably around my ribs or upper abdomen.

Our pillow is different in many ways. The cushion goes from firm to soft depending on the stage your little one is in. The layers can be adjusted to fit your nursing style. There is a back rest for a warmer to be inserted and c-sections have been weighed into the design to ensure there is no pressure on the incision.

Best nursing pillow ever!

This is the best nursing pillow for me. I have big breasts (Something like D/E cup), with an average torso and it was a nightmare to nurse before finding this pillow. I used to support my other nursing pillow with other pillows that were constantly moving, also to support the pillow with my tights, having to be on edge the whole time. Also my back was hurting a lot and overall it was horrible.So, I know the price for this pillow is high, but it is so worth it!
