Q: Does anyone have a high quality video of how these chimes sound?

Doesn't seem to be an audio or video sample available. If I can't hear them first, I am not buying them, simple as that.

Q: Would like to hang theses at cemetery. Do they hold up well in weather?

Yes. Mine held up great during all weather. I suggest if it is windy to make sure the hook is very secure. I didn't and the strong winds took it from the hook I had it on. The tail and mouth broke but it didn't effect it's beauty at all ☺

Q: Do the chimes sound tinney? usually shorter tubes cause a more tinney harsh sound.

I wouldn’t say it’s a Tinney sound. I purchased 2 of these for our front entrance door, and all I can say is that they are not a overwhelming sound. I find the sounds pleasant. These wind chimes are beautiful. Hope this helps.
