As an exclusive pumper with an oversupply, it's super important to me to have a bag that's easy to fill and is very sturdy. I use the pitcher method so I want to be able to fill my bags at the end of the day quickly and get to bed before baby wakes again. Other brands have wasted and leaked during freezing or are more difficult to fill. These bags are very thick and sturdy. The zipper is a bit tough but make sure it's closed well and it will not leak your milk when it freezes. The shape for the bag top is easy to fold out of my way for easy mess free pouring too. I've tried all the top competition bags and Dr. Brown's are my favorite by a landslide!

I used NUK prior to these & never had any spills. Decided to give these a try though because of the high rating, and the fact that they come with the sterile seal tear off tab (NUK doesn’t)... but the first time I tried pouring out of these bags I spilled a lot of breast milk. The dr brown bag isn’t as flexible and at first it was also hard to get all the air out when sealing the bag. So I was somewhat dissapointed, But since I’ve opened the box I had to use them. However now I’m super happy with this purchase. This thicker bag protects the milk in the freezer (and milk doesn’t have that soapy smell after thawing). just feels like a better quality object, very sturdy. I wish I used these from the start.Looking at the pictures, I believe I got the newer updated version. It has these reinforced sides that make it less flexible and somewhat awkward even to pour into or out of. Narrow opening. But in all other aspects I feel like it’s great.

I have exclusively pumped for almost a year now and have used Ameda, Lansinoh, and these bags. Lansinoh are thin and leak a lot, but when you just need bags, they do the job. Ameda leaked as well and held low volume BUT Ameda just updated their bags so I will have to see how the ‘new’ ones work (incidentally, they look more like these bags now).Dr. Brown’s bags - no complaints. No leaks. They hold a lot of milk. They freeze and thaw well. The labeling areas are large enough for me. They store well around the house and in my pump bag. Amazing bags.The only reason I did not exclusively use these is because my insurance provides Ameda bags free of charge every three months. With a new baby, we need to save money where we can.

I have tried 5 different bags, buying different brands to try out or just buying what I could because I needed them in that moment. These are BY FAR the best option right now. I COULD NOT stand bags that could not stand up on their own while I was measuring out my breastmilk. I am very meticulous about measuring out what I produce (to the exact mL) and once I measure and pour one side in the bag and measure the other side, I don't need to be worrying if the bag is going to topple over and waste my milk. Nothing makes me more mad since I produce just as much as my son needs. So, although these are on the little bit pricier side, for me they are well worth the price!

Love these bags, not easy to pour but stand up when you need them to seems like strong plastic and holds alot of milk!!! Easy to store or take along in any bag.
