As someone with the delightful MTHFR mutation (genetics, eh?), finding a supplement with 5-MTHF that actually works has been a bit like trying to find the right teabag strength — you’ve got to try a few before finding the perfect brew. I’ve tried a number of other Vitamin B supplements, but this one stands out. The liquid form is easy to take, and it’s actually made a noticeable difference in my energy levels. 10 drops a day and I’m sorted! The 4-month supply is excellent value for money, and it doesn’t taste like I’m chewing on a battery, which is a bonus. Highly recommend giving this a go if, like me, you’ve been searching for the right B-complex!

The description states folic acid (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate) is this a synthetic form of B9.

and liquid form seems very absorbable.
