Solid Well Built Reliable Humidifier That Works!
The Miro NR07G may not have all the ‘Bells & Whistles’ of some of the more popular & high end humidifiers on the market but the Miro line of humidifiers are some of the most low maintenance, easy to use, well designed, & reliable humidifiers on the market right now. Those that give supplemental humidity to their prized Tropicals (that are not lucky enough to be enclosed within an IKEA Milsbo what techniques or models of humidifier that they use and what they think about them.As for myself, the main grow area of my home is an enclosed 80sqFt office with a SW facing window. I call it the plant room It’s a small space but I’m fortunate enough to have a dedicated grow room for my plants.I’ve been using a refurbished Miro NR7G & it’s been fantastic! I love its compact design & the ability to just refill it by pouring from the top w/o stopping the units operation is genius but most of all my plants absolutely love it.This is especially true for my Aroids which have just thrived since I started adding supplemently humidity. It’s really been like night & day since I’ve started using it & I’ve been easily able to maintain 70%-80% humidity at about 33% power output with my Miro. However, I would have to say that if there are any Cons of the unit it would have to be:1) The size of its reservoir at 4L/1gal is small compared to other models so it must be refilled every 48hrs & 25%-33% power output at >50% power output it varies from an est 6-12hrs.2) The controls of the unit are very bare bones. I do wish I could set my Miro to maintain a humidity % w/o buying a 3rd party humidistat switch. However, the more simple a device is the less there is to break & costs are kept down.3) The Miro is significantly more expensive than similar featured models from competitors, but I will admit that the higher price is reflected in its workmanship & quality.I like to think of it as the Apple of humidifiers & that seems to be the company the Miro models themselves after. All in all I do had to give my Miro NR07G 5 out of 5 Stars because it is a stellar humidifier. I’ve been happy with my purchase.

I've had this for nearly 1.5 years... here's my honest review
This humidifier works so well, that my Nest smoke alarm actually activated about 4 hours into use at full strength because it was so misty. Here's why I bought it and how this works for me...I was having my first child and knew a humidifier was important when she got a cold because they can't really take anything. Most humidifiers were ugly, this was very neutral and modern looking. The biggest factor was the ability to completely clean the unit, and this is very true, you can. Its *slightly* burdensome, but honestly... not really. You can clean the whole thing and reassemble it in probably 3-5 minutes. It certainly is faster than trying to clean other humidifiers that you can't actually clean. How I use it: I put it on a tall dresser at the edge. Some people have mentioned it can soak things around it. I agree it *could* on the high setting, however, if you put a ceiling fan on, or even a standing fan, it will help circulate the humidity very well, that hopefully, that doesn't for you. This think CRANKS. I put it on high, had the fan on and shut my daughters nursery door. About 4 hours later, I get a signal on my nest smoke detector that it is about to signal because it detects smoke in the nursery. Of course, I am in full panic mode, and I rush upstairs and open the door to find a PLUME of.... smoke? No... HUMIDITIY. It was like walking through a fog machine lol. I was first terrified, but then so relieved it wasn't smoke, but then incredibly impressed. Since then, I have realized... I can use it on a medium setting, and it is fine, but if she is really stuffy or dry and I want to get a really good spread, I put it a little higher probably 60-75% of the way, and turn on the fan. I will say... her crib is only about three feet away from the humidifier, so the no fan option works well. The distance of the humidity flow is probably limited to about that. There just isn't a powerful enough blower I think to get the whole room, which is why a fan would work. If you are sleeping with it on a nightstand next to the bed, I say its just fine the way it is. If you are on the other side of the room then I suggest you add a fan (ceiling or standing) to assist with the circulation.

Actually washable and easy to clean!
My eyes had become incredibly dry and my eye doctor recommended I get and use a humidifier overnight.I went down the rabbit hole of humidifiers and was really concerned about the cleanliness of them. I had used the tank style that can be purchased at all stores, but I’d gag at the mold that would build up in the bottom tray and swishing some soapy water around a tank never really got them clean. I didn’t think inhaling mold was worth it. Plus it seemed counterintuitive to my allergy problems I was trying to alleviate. This thing is awesome. It looks really clean, modern and simple. It’s ridiculously easy to clean and takes only a couple minutes. I clean it every 3-4 days and it literally takes a couple minutes, I fill it back up and it’s ready to go. Even with cleaning it every few days, there is still a mold buildup on the inner pieces which makes me so, so thankful that I’m able to clean each and every part. It’s incredibly quiet even without the quiet cone piece on it. It’s easily adjusted. It’s super easy to add water to it - traditional tank units always drip a ton of water when you remove them to refill - I just use a pitcher and can add whenever I need it mess free. The only thing I don’t like is the green light on the control knob. I understand the purpose of it, but I prefer for my bedroom to be as dark as possible. I put a piece of electrical tape over it and quickly solved my problem.
