I’ve purchased this kit before from another seller. I think this basic sponge kit is the most affordable and the fertilizers are the best value for my mini hydroponic machine. They are a universal fit sponge. They come with an aluminum sticker to help prevent mold from growing while the seed germinates. This is different from most replacement kits of this type. It really is a better idea as I’ve had less sprouting without them. When using these there isn’t much difference from any other sponges. I will be a repeat customer for this product.

We had a little problem after planting our herbs on how and when the circulating pump was working. So after reading the instructions again and restarting the pump everything worked out. We planted some chives, parsley, dill, basil, Thai basil and mint. The basil, Thai basil, dill and mint are growing well. The parley and chives seem to be a little slower in growth. We have even had to raise the grow light a little because the dill was starting to reach to the bottom of the light. Good product and easy to plant seeds.

I had purchased this seed pot kit for my Yoocaa Hydroponic growing system and had issues with some of my seed pods ending up getting moldy once putting them into the hydroponic. I reached out to Yoocaa's customer service and immediately was contacted by Cindy, one of their customer service representatives. Cindy was very prompt, professional and was able to help me with many great tips on how to be successful with the system and how to avoid mold and algae. I was quite impressed with her attentive communication and willingness to help me resolve my problem as well as replacing the seed pods in a very timely manner. I will not hesitate to purchase further products from Yoocaa and am very satisfied with their customer service!

These sponges were replacements to use in my hydroponic system. They are working very well and fit my square holders perfectly. I like that the set included some attractive covers with a hole in the middle to place over the sponges. This definitely has helped to prevent mold and mildew from forming on the sponges. Of course you can make your own little covers from foil, but these really came in handy.

These work. But soak up way to much water. So much water that some seeds drown and get moldy. If you need a very wet grow sponge these are your guys.

Like it says on the card you get mailed with the pods, cover the tops with aluminum foil or similar, making a hole for your seeds. This prevents molding. My first batch of pods weren’t good but the second is great
