Q: Was gonna buy this but it does not spicify ingredients used. is it vegan firendly? safflower oil? i dont know.

These used to be vegan… As of 1/10/22, the new version contains gelatin. No longer vegan!!!

Q: Are these cold pressed? It states that is it in the product title, but it doesn't seem to be printed on the packet itself. So is it or not?

The package makes no mention of “cold pressed”... but not sure if that definitely means they aren't(?)

Q: Has the quantity of the oil been verified by an outside lab to ensure accurate contents?

My naturopath says with this particular brand yes. I have a hard time taking fish oil and he recommended this instead, I am happy with my lab results.
