Worked exactly as needed...
This is the box scraper unit, I took it off, it was collecting too much material. Short precise runs and the box scraper attachment is great. The blade only with the angle did everything I needed done. What would have taken 3 days by hand took about 3 hours with this attachment. Plus my back was thanking me. If you have less than an acre this is ideal. A couple runs after with the drag harrow and it was all level and smooth. Too bad Brinly does not make a front scoop attachment. Craftsman and Husqvarna did at one time, the closest thing is a johnny bucket, if you have $2k extra to spend, I do not. Overall great unit.

Don’t go cheap. This was worth the extra $
Impressive little thing. Much nicer than the POS cheaper one I bought then returned beige use. Easier to assemble as well.

Saved me so much time
I will start off by saying that it cost me roughly $600 to get this product to be usable on my John Deere la135.First and most important, you NEED a sleeve hitch to use this properly. Do not think that you will make the universal hitch work, it won't.Second, I needed to upgrade my tires from the OE turf tires to a hybrid ag tread. This didn't bother me much because I was having trouble with my hills just cutting grass before, but I think it's important to note that I likely wouldn't be able to pull this without these new tires.I've used this box blade multiple times so far, mostly on smaller areas but yesterday I went out to start fixing my back yard which was destroyed last year when the creek behind my house flooded. The box blade with a single cinder block does poorly in healthy turf, I have been running a rototiller first to break up the sod. The blade does a good job leveling the ground and dragging loosened sod and loose soil/sand/gravel/stones. I am thrilled which this purchase because my other option was a large rental or a rake. However, if I did not add on those items to my tractor and did not own the tiller, I might feel differently.

Nice but needs extra welding
Update: we went through three and finally just had our neighbor weld the last one better. That is the issue with it. The welds are not hot enough so they break.Looks nicely made but then broke on my second scrape up my driveway. We have heard that this has happened to a few but not real common. We have another scheduled for delivery Monday. We shall see with this one and I’ll upgrade my review.

Just what I Needed!
Well made for lighter duty (pulling with a riding mower using a sleeve hitch) the grader took out the humps and ruts in .y gravel driveway with relative ease. Granted, it took several passes, but it was a lot faster (and less painful!) than doing the job with a rake and shovel. Since gravel driveway maintenance is ongoing, if you have a UTV/ATV or lawn tractor, and can get a sleeve hitch for it (must have) this thing is the hot ticket! BTW, a proper sleeve hitch permits raising and lowering the unit for easy movement between the storage and work area, without wheels.

Welds broke within 20 seconds
I was very excited to receive this as I had so Many things lined up to work on this weekend. I assembled it last night attached to garden tractor today and within 20 seconds of ground contact WITHOUT added weight the WELDS BROKE between box and main shaft. This was in garden with loose soil. I am beyond words for how I feel right now

Weld broke within 5 minutes - but they replaced it and seems to be holding up.
I had high hopes for this box grader. I watched a bunch of videos and it looked like it could handle the job of grading a simple gravel driveway. As you can see from the picture, I was just going over loose gravel and dirt. Unfortunately, after 6 short passes in a test spot of the driveway, the weld on the box scraper panel ripped right off. Huge bummer!! Thankfully, they allow free return shipping. Can't say the same for the $300 sleeve hitch I needed to purchase in order to even try this box scraper.UPDATE: I was able to return this free of charge and a replacement was sent. Seems like the original one just had a bad weld (it happens). I regraded my driveway successfully without issue. Only time will tell if this will hold up. I'm thankful for the easy return/replacement process.

Solid gear
Bought with a sleeve hitch. Needed if you want to lift the blade. I have a craftsman T2200 so I bought the 38 inch. Fit together exactly as detailed instructions provided. I found it to work great on my gravel driveway. Need to get chains to move the full box : )
