yes will work, yes it supports 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Q: What's the warranty on this unit? I bought one just like it 2 years ago on eBay and the ports are failing.

No warranty as they are used but in working order.

I installed one of the two I have. It worked great. I bought 2 open-box. In fact I got a spare one I no longer need. Its still in the box w/a CD driver installer w/2 adaptors & everything you need. ;-)... .
