My sons Mongoose scooter lasted about a year before he completely trashed it and it needed a total overhaul. I ordered him new wheels, bearings grips, and new axles since his were bent and the Pegs that were installed were toast. So I removed the pegs, measured the O.D. outer diameter and found these axles on here and selected the correct length we needed. With the removal of the pegs the length of the axles changed so make sure you measure correctly. Measure from the O.D of the front forks and the rear mount area for the back wheel. These bolted right up with no issues and got his scooter back up and going.

Luggage manufacturers like to use off-the-shelf parts. That means their wheels tend to have 8mm axles. It's also a pretty common to see 8mm ID (inner diameter) bearings on roller blade wheels. If you've got a grinder and a little patience, this axle bolt works great as a new axle for spinner wheels.

Needed this set for my daughter scooter. The screw was kinda big but we still made it work.

Tools and extra hardware/spacers. Replaced the stripped stock front axel.
