Really lovely rug, the quality is amazing, I love everything about it and I would recommend 100% and I am really fussy when it comes to rugs. It was a bit wrinkly because of how it’s packed but a large towel and steam from the iron sorted it, ironed it on the reverse side of the rug and put the towel to protect it and the wrinkles are gone. All good, I love it. Thank you 👍

Looks great in my lounge

The rugs itself was a really nice rug, and looks lovely in my Lounge. But The shrink wrap packaging was so tight it has creased the rug, and the rug was folded in half and parcel taped which has resulted in massive creases, which I'm not happy about, you definitely need to rethink your packaging, I'm hoping they will come out in time. I contacted amazon direct and they have sorted out this issue with quibbles, thanks to the customer service team for dealing with this so quickly. I gave 4* for the rug itself.

Rug is superb for the money, not too thin and easy to clean, takes a day to settle when unwrapped, would recommend.

Lovely quality rug. Took it to the car wash guys who washed it it at the end of summer. Will be taking it back to rewssh ones the sun gets hotter to easily dry. Washed beautiful and makes your living room stand out

Why did you choose this product over others?:If I could have given this minus stars I would. I’ve bought some crap in my time but this absolutely takes the biscuit. Luxury carpet my ar*e. It’s as thin as paper, no pile on it whatsoever. It seriously looks like someone has printed a blurred pattern on to a sheet of paper, rolled it up then folded it in half and stuck it up for sale as a carpet. AVOID THIS RUG!!!!!

Delivered on time and came in a roll. When unpacked it lay flat on the floor. I bought some anti slip matting as my floor is laminate. It doesn’t move at all. I am really happy with the rug and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others

Not as advertised!Pile height is roughly 4/5mm not 9mm as advertised, rug is very light with a line about a foot in where the rug has rubbed with the end of the rug when rolled up to package.
