Post 1 year usage:Very pleasant experience at Stanley BnD service Centre. Went there to service Stick Cordless Vacuum cleaner (SVJ520BFSP) which stopped working almost 1 year after purchase (2 years warranty provided). Service Rep Mr. Binu is very down to earth guy. He asked me what’s wrong with machine and handed over job card. Got call from him within couple of days!! To my surprise BnD handed over new piece. They mentioned that there was moisture ingress in old machine motor and hence it stopped working. Avoid using it on wet surfaces.In short BnD have added one more loyal lifelong customer!!About SVJ520BFSP: It’s great cordless vacuum cleaner for up to 2 Bedroom home (You may use it for bigger home… need to wait for recharging). Great vacuuming capability with its suction power and thoughtfully designed roller brush which sort of polishes the floor gently. Very satisfying floor cleaning experience. Recommended considering value for money and great after sales service!!

I am facing some issues with the filter, even after i had cleaned and also replaced the filter with a new one still filter to clean warning light is popping.. resulting no suction power.. need to take it to a service centre but no information is available within the invoice or in the product description.. kindly assist..

Good product at general, my friend got the same from the Dubai shop. But exactly in my case was not working first time when arrived and not properly working also second time after product exchanged. Power of sucking is not changing depend of the surfaces as suppose to be and garbage container all time move out during the works

I bought the product last may 2021, after few months, the product stops working and they gave us a new one, then same issue occured again now, the product stops working (not charging and turning on). 2 years warranty is inclluded when i bought it. Now that i want to repair it, theres no return/exchange options available and theres no contact details of the seller. Please help me to return/repair it, it still under warranty.
