Q: Can it be used to prevent thrush?

This is what I used it for when I was out in antibiotics for a breast infection. I did not get thrush. So it appears it can help prevent!

Q: It says it can be used as nipple cream too -- has anyone used it in this manner? Not sure if I need to buy this + Motherlove nipple cream.

I have used them both interchangeably, the ingredients are very similar. Just make sure you use a clean finger so you don't contaminate it.

Q: Does this work better than apno?

There have been no clinical studies comparing Motherlove's Diaper Rash & Thrush with APNO. Best for diaper rash

Among other cream I used for my baby's rashes, this absolutely works. Since I use it, my baby never experience rashes at all. Been months of using it.
