Two times I received a Used and dirty Pressure cooker. Worst experience never buy it again

Became defective after few months of usage
I purchased the prestige cooker in Jan 2021. After 7 months of usage, it has started showing up defects. the whistle is not working. The pressure just goes off through the safety valve.
