VERY CUTE AND NICE

I’m a repeat customer and have purchased these bubble mailers 5 times now. Previously I bought the rose gold color and had no issues. This last time I ordered the silver holographic mailers for my business. A few days ago as I was placing additional packages in my outgoing mailbox and discovered the prior packages were all opened. The adhesive must have been defective. In addition to my own discovery, one of my customers received an empty package with no other damage. Since packages opened before even leaving my home, I have no choice but to believe hers opened some time during transit as well. Obviously this negatively impacts my business and I am out of the expense of sending her a replacement product. Definitely not a happy customer but as I’ve never had an issue previously, I will likely order again but use packaging tape as a precaution.

I knocked off one star because the measurements are off a little bit. They’re a little smaller than the description says. The description says 11 x 7 but they’re not quite that but still beautiful nonetheless and I still would re-order but I do wish they would adjust the size or either update the description, although I would like an option for a larger size. 10 x 13 would be nice.

I had no issues with the order, and it arrived quickly. I will definitely order again.
