I mainly bought this product for back support. I’m a CNA so I bend and twist a lot which has definitely made a noticeable impact on my lower back. This product is great for support. I’m 3 hours into my 12 hour shift and have already noticed a difference. I did a size small. I’m a 29 inch waist and size 4 pants. The small was a bit snug at first but once you break it in and get used to it, it’s ideal. I wear it under my scrubs and it’s not noticeable.

I bought this trainer to wear to the gym. It is a little tight at first, but as you wear it gets more comfortable. It makes my tummy sweat & I can see that it is definitely helping defining my waist.I like that I can make it tighter if I need too, easy to take off and on & it covers lower tummy and all the way up to below my breasts. I can see this maybe being a problem if you have a longer torso though.Overall, I think it serves it’s function for the price.

I love this waist trainer. It’s a corset and waist strap combined. I just had a baby a few months ago and my core is extremely weak. I needed something to help me feel secure while supporting my core. I bought a large which was tight when I first put it on, but it’s supposed to be. The more I wear it the better it fits but never gets uncomfortable. I try to wear it a few hours a day while doing things that require mindless core like dishes, vacuuming, laundry etc. I plan to use it when I am back at work to help with my posture. It is a thick material and can make you sweat, but machine washes easy. I did not dry in the dryer to help maintain the Velcro.

Velcro is great and it looks great when wearing. It irritates my skin a little, and after a while of wearing it hurts my lower back. It's not very durable, so it kind of collapses in the back section and applies a little pressure.

True to size! I normally wear a size Med but i originally got the small thinking i could fit it but was wrong! I had To get the med but after a few wears, i am Now on the smallest notch. So i now Feel like i can fit the small. This is great to wear when working out! I get A great sweet especially if i use the sauna after a workout. I may end up needing to order a smaller size soon.

I love it, it dosent give me the feeling of bulging out of it and hold me in nice. I take it to the gym and it helps me alot especially with my posture.

I got a medium, and it was very snug at first, but once I broke it in, it fits very well, and it's also very comfortable to wear all day. It also does what you expect from it and makes you sweat (I wear it while playing beatsaber).

I am 5’3167 lbs I am wearing it on the last hook. I went off other reviews most people said size up but I really wish I would have went with intuition and got a medium. It fits great it’s comfortable but I would have liked it a bit tighter
