The bottle label says 2 tablets have 600mg Calcium (60% daily value).

Q: How often can I take a tum?

There should be instructions on the back of the bottle as to the dosage. I’ve only taken my dosage once a day when the symptoms occur. There is an information phone number located at the bottom of the back of the bottle as well to call for your questions.

Q: what are the ingredience?

Main ingredient is calcium carbonate. Then a bunch of inactive ingredients. Check their website.

These are the best calcium tablets on the market. Pleasant taste, not crunchy but smooth. I love the peppermint ones but you can NEVER find them! Good buy. Thanks for selling the Smoothies!
