Q: How well does the Gyrocut cut circles into stickers?

There's a really learning curve to using this tool. But you can cut circles with lots of practice.

Q: will this work on acetate stencil plastic?

This will cut up to 4mil mylar.

Q: Would this work on rice or tissue paper?

I don't think it would be good for rice or tissue paper. It brutalizes regular paper, lol. I have one because I couldn't send it back.

Q: will this work on acetate stencil plastic?

It can cut acetate depending upon the thickness. Thinner acetate film in the 4-7 mil range is not a problem. Be careful as acetate can rip and is not a durable as mylar.
