Good quality, good service

This scooter I bought second round the LED LIGHTS aren’t working and the customer service is not responding. I recommend to buy from the micro scooter site and you will get a genuine response with a faulty product.

I mmwhen I've received the scooter I was first surprise how colours didn't match with the one I saw on pictures on the website. I thought it would be easy to eeturne it and change it for another one. Big mistake. Impossible to reach someone from the customer service. There is a chat but useless they never answer you. They received the item the 24th of march (post fees are for you by the way) I've send them several messages and since I didn't get any answer or refund. Totally unacceptable. It will be time consuming to chase them but it looks there is no other way with them.
