Q: Are these the official pads that come with the Tens Unit?

When I first purchased my TENS 7000 Unit it came with 4 pads. They lasted a long time. The replacement pads I bought have a different adhesive on them but the package states "Official TENS 7000 OTC Electrodes." So yes, they are "official" but not the same as what came with original unit

Q: How many sessions do these usually last?

I've been able to get five sessions. Around the fourth session, they'll lose their adhesiveness.

Q: do you need pads when using on feet?

You need the pads to use the tens

Q: What Battery is used for Tens 7000?

9 volt battery. The square type. Usually around $6 at any store. I love my tens.
