Customers pay postage on returns, even if printer is defective. Printer was used not new
Printer didn't work, Had local Lexmark dealer look at it to see if it was covered under warranty. They looked up the serial number and said it was over a year old, warranty expired. AND we had to pay postage to return it.

Excellent Printer
No software came with it so I had to download install software which was very difficult to mske work had to try several different times. Printer itself is a class act once installed!
