Perfect replacement for my JD walk-behind mower!
Only complaint I have about these bolt-n-nut terminals on small batteries is, as I get older and my eyesight gets fuzzier, these things are a serious hassle to set up. Someday, battery makers will provide a pre-welded or soldered nut aligned correctly, so all we have to do is is attach the cable and thread on the bolt.Other than that this was a perfect exchange for the old battery. Charged very well overnight and has held that charge. I think I've started my mower with it 7 times (over 7 weeks) and there's no audible indication the charge is weakening. The original battery from JD had to be charged 2 times per year (March and September). No indications that this replacement will be any different.

THis battery was a technical match to replace a failed battery in a Johgn Deer mower. So far so good - I like it.

Great price!
I bought this for a custom motorcycle build (not electric start - need something more robust for that) and this was almost 1/2 the price of my local battery store. Sealed maintenance free batteries are the way to go! I'll never go back to the fill-your-own kind.

great battery, used for my John Deere mower. Has held up already going on 2 seasons of usage. This is more than I can say for some of the other batteries I have used in the past. Holds charge and charges properly. Thats about all anyone can ask for from a battery. I wish it did more for me, but it is a battery!

Doesn't work. Don't buy.
It doesn't work and seller is giving me a hard time to return it. They want me to do all sorts of tests on it...... blah blah. I just want a damn battery that comes charged & holds a charge so I can ride my bike. Pretty simple. Do not buy unless you want to jump through hoops.

Replacement mower battery
This battery replaces the battery that came with the mower i bought two years ago. This battery starts the mower faster than the old one and holds a charge longer. I am very pleased with this battery will buy another one when needed. Would recommend this battery to anyone.
