I used this product with my Koi Beauty Microneedle pen. I have re-purchased this item 3 times because it is the best. I use it for myself at home and I like that each cartridge comes individually packaged with a sterile label (I use the 12 needle set). Even though I only use it on myself and not in a professional setting, I would recommend throwing each cartridge out after each use. 1. if the needles get bent (which is almost impossible to see because of how small they are) it will damage and tear your skin. 2. I don't trust my ability to sterilize the product at home. Safest practice is one and done.One box tends to last me a year as I only micro-needle my face once a month. I would say do your homework about the safest way to micro needle if you choose to do it yourself. I spent weeks and weeks reading about it before I tried it myself. I also watched tons of YouTube videos. I discovered Koi Beauty because someone on a forum said they were a professional aesthetician and this is the brand they use. I've been very happy with it and I was not paid for this review.Please NOTE: Last time I bought this product it took over 30 days to arrive. It now says it will arrive within a week. I'm not sure what changed to speed up the delivery but make sure you understand how long it might take before it gets to you.

Came on time and was just what I needed. I have been ordering these products for years. You will love this brand. Koi MN machine I got years ago and is still running strong. Love it!!
