I just received the key chain. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. It is sturdy, has a nice shiny, glossy look to it. I only wish I had ordered 1 for myself. It is better than I imagined. The seller was quick to reply to all emails. 5 ⭐️'s is not enough. I recommend this seller & I am about to order another 1.

Haven't even had the keychain a month and the label fell off thought it was a black metal keychain that was engraved and it's a sticker and it already fell off

This keychain was supposed to be a gift for my daughter and her husband after losing their young daughter _BUT UNFORTUNATELY I only received 1 of the 2 keychains so now I cannot even give as a gift- YES I received a refund BUT if I wanted money I would have sent it in a card and not wasted the time—I wanted this to be something special that I could gift to them to help ease the pain AND YOU DEFINITELY TOOK THAT AWAY- I like the product but THE SELLER SUCKS!!!

Just bought my first home and I wanted a special keychain for my house keys with my own personal message. The only thing I wasn’t too happy with is that the letters are too small. But it arrived quickly on the promised date and the product itself it’s great quality for an excellent price. I love my house key chain.

I gifted this keychain to my husband on our 1st anniversary. He’s very very happy to see it. He calls me with a pretty name & that name was personalized in this keychain. Thank you amazon for making it too special. You graciously worth it. I had no time to go out & search for exclusive gift for him, it was totally tough. Thanks again ❤️

I’m so annoyed. I payed for two of these and only got one! It says I got two but I obviously didn’t. I ripped apart the package and looked for it everywhere. I’m so angry.

I wanted to include an email address on my order (a "return to" thing), but Amazon's ordering system masks emails... as does Amazon's MESSAGING system between buyer and seller. So AMAZON was a BIG problem here, but Shivam worked with me through messages to understand what I wanted (it was almost charades at times LOL) and delivered exactly what I had tried to request.
