Just what I needed, but never knew before - Fat people rejoice! (=
We just moved into a new home with water-saving showerheads that made showering feel like an assault with needles, so we were very excited to try something different. I selected this model after seeing that the flow regulator was easy to remove since the water pressure where we live isn't optimal. In terms of water flow, we went from famine to feast. The water comes out so much better with this showerhead and without the flow regulator in place that I may actually try replacing it for a while. The multiple settings are nice, but as others have said, the massage is weak at best. I don't have any problems with the misting setting, however, and will probably use just one setting most of the time anyway.I wish I would have purchased one of these years ago, as the handheld feature is just what I've always needed but never knew it. For an overweight person, like me, normal showers don't always get the job done when your stomach acts like an umbrella -- with this I can rinse my legs (and more!) again with confidence! The showerhead is plastic, though the brushed nickel looks nice and it doesn't feel as cheap as I expected. A pair of needlenose pliers made quick work of removing the flow regulator, and installation was a snap once we wrestled the old showerhead off.Less than 12 hours after receiving this I'm ordering another one for our daughter's bathroom! This was the best shower I've had in over a year, and that includes Caesar's Palace :) I doubt I will, but even if I needed to replace this 2 or 3 times a year, it would still be well worth the cost!**** UPDATE July 2016 ****We are still using the SAME showerhead eight years (and two moves) later! Though our new house also has low water pressure, we still use the flow regulator and yet get plenty of water. There has been some mineral build up over time, and the little rubber water nozzles occasionally go wonky, but for the most part that's fixed by rubbing the nozzles with fingers while water runs through the head. It certainly hasn't been bad or annoying enough to warrant purchasing a new shower head. This is one of my best purchases ever!!

Great showerhead; easy install
I really love this shower head. It was very easy to install using just pliers to tighten it up and does not leak. I did remove the water saver washer thingey so as to have better water pressure, however, as I really like a lot of spray and some power behind it. This has several good settings, but mostly I use the middle range wide spray which is strong enough and full enough to get you rinsed well, but not hard enough to damage delicate skin. The more powerful setting ( which could just about put out an eye! ) I use only on my back if it's sore or painful, and I also use this stronger one to rinse soap film off the shower walls after I finish my shower, which saves on scrubbing the tub and shower walls as often. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice removeable handheld or fixed shower head with only a few bells and whistles, one that works very well, has several different settings to meet average needs of most people, is reasonably priced, and seems of good quality material.

Need to remove both regulator and the debris filter to get full blast of shower
I purchased 2 of this showerhead based on average review of 4 stars. When they arrived, they looked very nice and the showerhead itself looks to be very expensive metal, but the cord felt cheap (rubber). After I installed them, I got less water volume than water comes out of my lavatory faucet. I read many other's review by removing the regulator to increase water volume.I unscrewed it, found the regulator, and removed it. (I thought it was the regulator, but actually I've removed the debris filter first) The water increased but not to my like. So I went back to the unit where I removed the filter and found the actual regulator and removed it as well. Bingo, the water volume is just right at the level I felt like taking the shower.Risk for removing the filter: the debris from your water line will not filter and might end up on your showerhead openings which eventually will clog the openings and reduce the water volume in the long run. You have to either clean the openings or buy another one.Overall this unit worth every penny spent: the quality, the style, the look, and easy to install, and of course the PRICE is right.

Worth the money, but is cheap quality
I like the 5 different settings on the shower head. The water does come out pretty strong, but I guess it depends on your water pressure. My previous shower head (the cheap one that comes in normal rental studios) was pretty weak. I changed it to this one and the water pressure is much stronger and I didn't make any changes to water pressure... I'm a girl and live alone and don't know how to do that, anyway! My maintenance guy installed it for me since the other showerhead was practically glued on, not just screwed on like normal shower heads. The hose part is not that great. I have a shower caddy that hangs from the shower head and this hose is kind of in the way, so I have the hose and showerhead tilted sideways so it doesn't get in the way of the shower cady. Also, the hose is really lightweight. When I opened the package, the hose was wrapped and bound to fit in the packaging so whatever bends it had from that... well, the bends are still there. I thought that over time it would straighten out, but I think the hose is made of cheap plastic, it's really light weight. It's not a huge deal for me, but I'm sure it would bug some other people. It's one of the cheaper priced shower heads out there, and it's a good shower head.Overall, it's a decent product. The hose doesn't leak. The shower head part doesn't leak. There are no problems or issues that I've had with this other than the hose that has the bends in it and won't go away.

Awesome pressure vs the multiple other models I’ve tried. Read great things about this head and they’re all true! A must have for sure!
