Bought this after my best friend died 4 days after kidney failure diagnosis. Not sure why it comes with 2 different chains, 1 being a ball chain type, which I have never trusted. I just opened up the end link on the other chain and put the ash cylinder and charm together. The friend who died didn't fit the description under personalization (mom, son, daughter, etc.), so I ordered engraved bar charms with his name from somewhere else. The chain that came with it that I'm willing to use, the charm and ash cylinder are very nice (all silver) and combine to have some weight, which I like because I can feel it around my neck (and my OCD doesn't go haywire). All the pieces were individually sealed in a small velvet bag, including tools to put ashes in the cylinder. Seems to me the people who put this together did so with a lot of empathy. I wouldn't want to have to buy this again, but I'm glad I did -- I'm hoping it will help me heal.Update 2/3/19 scared the bejesus out of myself...the ash cylinder unscrewed from the lid! Fortunately, I had yet to fill and it fell into my sleep clothes, not at work or the 2 stores I went to after work!!!! The very next day, husband helped me fill and super glued it together. I'd have died if I lost ashes 😲😢😵

It was the perfect necklace to keep my brothers ashes close to me.

Very beautiful! Very shiny, came with 2 chains, a ball chain and a fancy link chain. It's heavier in weight than I expected so I am wearing a different urn pendant with one stone on a chain, the urn from this purchase is also pictured on the ball chain. The engraving is gorgeous, it also comes with a pretty black velvet bag, a spoon a funnel and a poker in case the ashes get a little stuck in the funnel. Everything was individually wrapped and then put inside a bubble envelope for shipping. I have my urn pendant for this purchase on my Dad's large urn now. I gave it 4 stars due to the items were bigger than the picture seemed to be. Otherwise the item came with 2 chains and I was able to put one in my car and the other on my neck. Easy to put ashes in and sturdy quality.

I got this for my moms ashes. It was a sudden death and shocked us all but this necklace let's her be with me everyday.

I bought this item for the remains of my baby boy who just passed. The first one was lost at the funeral home so I reordered. They're out of the ones that say son and I ended up having to cancel that order. Now I'm patiently waiting for a refund so I can order one before it's too late to fill.
