Excellent resource! Well worth the cost. Highly recommended. Provides lots of dos & don’ts and real examples from companies of bad decisions because they did not think through their Jira configuration before they began Jira implementation.

Our company moved from Asana to Jira and this was incredibly helpful in getting going. Lots of detailed information on what NOT to do that should help in the long-run as well.
