Will this shrink when first washed?

In my experience, they do shrink quite a bit. Not enough to buy a size larger, but if you float between sizes then buy the larger of the two sizes.

Does this shirt wrinkle after washing?

Not much at all. I was ecstatic to find a casual button down that doesn't wrinkle out of the dryer.

Is this shirt pre-shrunk? Or will I be able to shrink it in the wash if I need it?

Don't know about pre-shrunk, but have washed the shirts twice so far in cold water and dried them in the dryer and they did not shrink. Hope this helps. FYI one shirt is navy blue and it did not bleed during washing.
