The PS4 arrived well wrapped and worked right out of the packaging. Check and make sure your fan doesn't run higher than it should. That can be a sign of an excess of dust in the unit. In my case, dismantling it, very carefully and removing the excess dust with a little air did the trick. Carefully reassemble and we are off the races. There are many videos on YouTube that will walk you through the process. Inspecting for a dust is a great rule for any used purchase, especially electronics.

Product not set up yet, previously owned a 360.This product seems to have more games.

It was not connecting to any controller it would turn on and that was it it was taken apart and none of the screws were put back in
